Welcome to 2016

Welcome all members to the 2016 year. A quick update on stuff that's happening around the club at the moment.

  • The Nippers holiday program continues to run at the beach during the week. Contact Lewis if you have any questions about this.
  • The next Nipper carnival is tomorrow Sunday the 17th at Waikuku Beach. Again, contact Lewis if you have any last minute questions.
  • Have you paid your subs yet? The showers are not getting fixed until more people pay their subs.
  • On a positive note, big thanks to all the patrolling members and the great job you continue to do!

Stewart Builders LTD and Mackleys Club Sponsorship

The club would like to thank Stewart Builders and Mackleys for their significant ongoing sponsorship. Sponsorship from local business is vital to helping us provide a life guarding service to our community and for training our members to be the best lifeguards around. Plenty more prime advertising space on the club for other interested businesses.

Nippers Registration Day

Nippers registration day is this weekend, Sunday the 18th at 10.00am. This year we are going to try and run the registration a bit smoother and utilize the technology provided to us by Surf Life Saving NZ. We want to get you all registered on the Surf Life Saving NZ data base prior to coming to registration day.

If you have not been a member or the club before and are new to Nippers, please click on the link below and fill out your details.

 https://webportal.surflifesaving.org.nz/new-membership/

On Sunday we will check that you have registered, arrange for you to order club hats and his vis vests etc. We then calculate the total amount owed for the season and arrange payment. We prefer payment by cheque or cash however we will have eftpos available or you can pay directly into the club bank account.

Hopefully this is clear, please let Lewis Kitchen know if you need further information or assistance.
